We do provide packing service for both local and interstate jobs. Interstate packing comes at an extra cost.
You can easily get the packing material like boxes, stripy bags, tapes, plastic containers, bubble wrap roll and butcher paper from Officeworks, Bunnings or any storage place.

If you arrange packing service through us, we can arrange the packing material for you and you can pay for it on the day of the move.

We have various sizes of trucks to cover local jobs in Victoria. Interstate jobs are carried out by large heavy rigid 50 cubic meter trucks.
All our trucks are brand new and have pantech body. They all have tailgate and are fully equipped with thick padded heavy duty blankets, straps, ropes, tools and trolleys.
You will have to make sure all loose stuff like pots and pans, glassware, cutlery, books, clothes, shoes, linen, doona and bedsheets have been packed into boxes prior to move. All boxes need to be taped properly and labelled.
White goods and electronics (fridge, washing machine, dishwasher etc) need to be unplugged the night before the move. Fridge needs to be emptied prior to move.
All bed bases need to be pulled apart (dismantled) prior to move.
Parking needs to be arranged by the customer for the large 9 meter long heavy rigid truck.
The walk from the parked truck to door must have to be under 30 meters.
For few items up to 1 bedroom move, you would need a 4 tonne truck.
For a 2 bedroom move, you would need a 4 tonne truck.

We do not have any hidden fee. But knowing different charges can help you understand costing better and make arrangements accordingly. Customers have to pay for tolls (if used), stairs, difficult access, long walk (from parked truck to door). Card payments attract surcharge.
Interstate drivers charge a minimal fee for lift access, dismantling/reassembling of goods and packing of boxes (if required).

Deposits are paid over the phone at booking stage and dues can be paid in cash or via card master or visa on the day of pick up or drop off. For card payments, card must have to be present onsite. All our drivers carry the eftpos terminals.

We have pick ups every Friday and Saturday in Melbourne, deliveries in Canberra and Sydney take place on Sunday, while deliveries in QLD take place on Monday and Tuesday. But as it's a backload, you can expect delays. Pick ups in QLD on Tuesday and Wednesday, delivery to Sydney the next day and delivery to Victoria in 2-3 days. A normal interstate run can take up to 7 business days to complete. You will be able to track order by getting in touch with our dedicated office team.
We can accommodate the extra items at an extra cost but it all depends on the available space.
